I thought the interview process was smooth and the person who interviewed me was very nice and seemed to care. He asked many questions and was honest about the work culture and the facts about the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Valley Behavioral Health System (Arkansas) (Barling, AR) in Mar 2013
Interview
The most difficult thing about getting the interview is getting them to notice your resume.
I called several times after submitting my resume online as well as emailing it and finally they responded setting up a time for me to come in and interview for the receptionist position.
Upon arriving at the facility I waited for approximately fifteen minutes until called back into the human
resources office. Once I was in there the interview was extremely casual and friendly she asked me about my interests, hobbies, about whether or not I had any children and I responded accordingly. I asked her what she was looking for in the position and she explained, but then she proceeded to explained that she believed that with my education and background that that she thought I would be a better fit as a mental health paraprofessional in the therapeutic day treatment center and asked if I would be interested and I happily agreed.
