I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Valid USA (Lisle, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online and HR scheduled an on-site interview. It was pretty hard questions based on telecommunication sector.
Since they deal with SIM, GSM the questions was based on that. Apart from that behavioral questions were tested. After the interview no response either from HR nor hiring manager. Poor communication from the recruitment team. I followed with them patiently for 3 weeks and they don't even have the courtesy to reply back. Pathetic experience with the recruitment team.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Valid USA (Downers Grove, IL)
Interview
Had a phone interview, then an office interview with multiple managers. The whole process was about 3 weeks from start to finish, which was very efficient. The hiring manager was direct about what the job entailed and asked good questions. I received a detailed offer letter in writing and got quick answers when I had questions about the offer and benefits. It was a positive experience.
