The interview process of Valeo Egypt consists of one English exam, one technical exam, two technical interviews, one HR interview, and one interview with the manager of the team. After about two months of interviews and tests, where the candidate has to travel to their premises for each interview mid-day and basically wasting the good half of the day, they didn't send any feedback, and after sending couple of emails asking for the results or at least when will it be available as I needed it for other commitments, they replied in a generic way that they will let me know when it's ready, that was 3 weeks after the 2 months process, and they never got back after that, even after asking them again couple of times. They disrespected a candidate who invested lots of time in the interviews, and has passed all of them till the manager and HR ones, not just that they neglected sending a simple email, they ignored the request of the candidate for the results after weeks and plainly didn't even reply afterwards. I'd advise anyone not to apply, and I've turned down, later on, an offer for a collaboration with them.
