Knowledge of tutoring subject. Gave a demonstration of tutor capabilities. I wasn't nervous because I was comfortable tutoring the subject to the panel. Visual, Kenesthetic, and Auditory learners are out there, so I had to emphasize on teaching them all to create independent learners.

For the soft questions, I had an amazing panel interview with challenging questions that tested if I knew the material I was going to tutor. Also, took a test afterwards and passed it to show I was academically prepared.
