Vail owned starbucks- not corporate. on the phone. I was pushed thru the system pretty quickly since i had plenty of experience working in FB, cash handling and customer service. I came in a filled out a few questionnaires, went thu a few orientations

Interview
Recruiter calls with 3-5 simple questions like "tell me about a customer service experience" or "tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you handled it". If you pass, they forward your application to the hiring manager who then calls with a follow-up interview and questions similar to those listed above. All focus on customer service and your previous experience.
