Vail Resorts Adventure Ridge Mountain Guide interview questions

Submitted online, phone call in 2 days to schedule a phone interview, phone interview one week later. Simple phone interview (20 minutes long) with a very nice HR recruiter. I was then forwarded the next week to a second phone interview with the Assistant Manager (5 minutes). They confirmed my references and gave me an offer 2 weeks later.
