I had several phone interviews and completed many assessments (personality-based) prior to my in-person interview. For the in-person interview, I met with every member of management along with members of each division within Vaco Richmond.

Each discussion was conversational in nature. Staffing within the recruiting industry is often based on personality, and most of the conversations I had seemed to evaluate whether I would mesh with the rest of the team. There were a few questions about my recruiting background and my philosophy regarding the field.
very well put interview. I was contacted by one manager and it was really easy going and fun. There was no real pressure and it was smooth conversation and easy going.
The interview was fairly standard, just prepare for basic questions and be open about any questions you have. This is an opportunity to get to know more about the company and the people you may be working with. Ask relevant questions to see if this company is the right fit for you.

I received confirmation regarding a phone interview... The interviewer called me and immediately hung up. I attempted to contact them numerous times via phone and email and was ghosted. I have never had this happen before. Recruiter to recruiter, do better.
