I had a great experience with the VTR feeder interview. The team was polite, welcoming, and accommodating. after intial screening with HR and the plant manager, they took a CAD test with a part to make from a drawing in SolidWorks. In the second interview, I got the opportunity to talk with 2 senior members from the design team. It was like a normal conversation. The HR was kind enough to show me around the shop floor after the interview.
