VSP Optics interview questions

My interview was a pleasant experience. The interviewer did not use a scripted set of questions. The interview followed a more conversational approach which I enjoyed. By the interviewer not using canned questions, I was able to convey how I my experiences in and out of the workforce would make me an effective consultant who would add immediate value to the organization.

I applied on the careers website. About 3 days later I received a call and email informing me they would like to set up a phone interview. Following the phone interview there was a in-person interview with the hiring manager approximately 5 days later.
