Interview
They replied when they read my resume, scheduled an interview a week later, and I interviewed with the outgoing office manager and the regional manager. The interview lasted almost an hour. They were friendly, and gave a positive outlook of the position and the current team.

Question 1
Greatest strength, greatest weakness, why should we hire you... I'm fairly certain they printed off a list of things you ask in an interview. Obviously their first experience hiring. But they meant well, and it didn't feel like a waste of time.
Did two phone interviews and another final interview in person. It was relatively painless and I was introduced to the staff very quickly. Everyone is very nice and accepting. People are definitely overworked and unpaid though.
