The interview went fine, but from the outset I knew it wasn't a culture fit. Seemed culty. I did not get the vibe that this was the place for me. We mutually decided not to move forward.

Interview
I met the husband/wife team on the first visit. The second visit I met the rest of the team. They played themselves up like they did more videos than they had actually done at that time. Most companies sell themselves to applicants and this was no surprise.

Somehow my resume /email application that I sent when applying for the job was sent to an old co-worker at the company I currently worked for at the time. The old co-worker sent it to my then current boss and attempted to get me fired for looking for another job.
