Easy. Two step process with hiring manager and a second interview with GM. Basic interview questions. Focus was mostly on what you can bring to the table and what you have to offer in terms of a sales rep.

Interviewer was very passive aggressive and did not seem very pleased. Every question came off as very condescending, would not recommend to anyone trying to enter this field. The recruiter was very friendly however.

3 person interview process. They're super friendly and everyone is easy going. They want to make sure you are the right fit and genuine with a hard work ethic. Longevity and having empathy is very huge as well a drive to want to stay out in the field and being present
