interviewed by at least three different people... a social worker, team manager, and upper management. I was told that I was hired and would have the job but then called back for another interview.

What would you do in this situation type of questions. Questions about being licensed or not, and whether I would pursue that or not. Opportunities for advancement. What a typical workday is like. Nothing very hard. No strange questions like what tree you would be or anything like that.
The interview was reasonably challenging. There was only one interview conducted, and one person interviewed me. Feedback was received in a reasonable amount of time. Questions were not challenging, and interviewer made me feel at ease.

Humiliating. Asked scenario-based questions out of my depth as a new social worker. Stated, "Other people have said you are kind of lazy." In front of the team. Why bother bringing me in for an interview?
