First round screening through MS teams. IIT professors were in panel. Checking knowledge on subject. Second round face to face with Dean and management team. Provided lunch/coffee during the process. Reimbursement of ticket fare done.

The overall experience is good. They focused more on research and interested in projects, collaboration. Regarding teaching, they asked basic questions on technical subjects of your interest. What type of collaboration you could bring to the university in future.

Explain the model of super resolution you designed in phd. What is swath of your satellite image? What is the spatial resolution? Which band this dataset is captured ? It’s range and use of this band in terms of application.

Very Well managed and organized by the HR team including travel Panel members were very courteous and asked relevant question . overall smooth process , they have a tool for collecting documents which i felt was easy instead of sending mails
