I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with AXS Solutions. I cleared all rounds of interviews, and afterward, they informed me that my profile was put on hold. After almost 20 days, I received a call saying they were moving forward with my application.
They extended an offer, but the package was surprisingly low—lower than what I was already receiving in my current company, despite my recent appraisal. When I raised this concern, they asked me to share my appraisal letter. I did so, hoping they would revise the offer accordingly.
Instead, they insisted I resign from my current job before they issued a final offer letter—something highly unprofessional and risky. Initially, I refused, but after continued pressure and assurances, I made the unfortunate decision to resign.
The worst part? After resigning, they completely stopped responding. No calls, no emails, no updates from HR. They simply vanished, leaving me without a job and no clarity about what went wrong.
AXS Solutions has shown a complete lack of professionalism and regard for candidates’ careers. They wasted my time and seriously impacted my professional life. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering this company. There are far better, more reliable opportunities out there. Don’t risk your future here.
