Interview
Took approximately 3 weeks. First, application sent and proof of degree. Once approved, was sent videos to learn about their method of teaching and how to do it correctly. Signed up for an online interview where I would teach a mock class to an adult pretending to be a 5 year old Chinese student. Once that was passed, I had to prepare to teach a higher level class. Once I taught this mock class to an adult pretending to be an 8 year old, I was given a background check. Then, I could begin teaching online as a contractor.

Question 1
There were no interview questions, only teaching the mock class. At the end of the class, they give you feedback on how to improve your teaching and tell you if you pass or not.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
