Before you are invited to the interview it is necessary to get invited which is rather simple for native speakers as it is an extremely great advantage for this Chinese company as they want to see only native speakers among their employees at the moment. The interview is not challenging if you get invited and includes typical issues which might show that you are an appropriate person for the position.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
