It was intense, and I prepped for hours and hours. You have to study, gather props, watch about 20 hours of youtube videos, secure ethernet connectivity, set up your classroom, follow every teacher rule/expectation because you are scored on a rubric. Teach a mock class to a "5 year old" who doesn't know any English. If you do well, you prep for another three days and do a mock class, if you do really well in that you become a teacher, if you don't do well in that they give you another chance, what's called mock 2. Some of the prep material contradicted what was given during feedback of the initial interview, that was frustrating. I spent a lot of money and time preparing for the interview and the mock classes. From the time you are told that you have been invited for an interview until you sign your contract you have six days, so you have to cram, cram, cram to get ready for each.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.
