The interview process is so bad. I feel horrible to explain. The HR will schedule a 15-20 minutes interview with Lead for screening. After you pass that they will call for technical interview for 1 hour. In my case they shortlisted me and in my 1 hour they didn't ask me even a single technical question and just asked simple stuff. The panel consisted of 2 Leads and HR to ask you questions. I mean why did they select me for the round when they didn't want to ask any single technical question. Basically they are a mess and the ratings show that how they are.
