1st round will be general company interview
2nd they check little knowledge
3rd they will ask you to come down for hr round.but waiting for 2-3 hrs you come to know there is no hr then manager comes then he discusses salary it is fixed he wont negotiate.

Interview
There are two rounds of interview which is taken by the client itself. If you are experienced then it is an easier process as they will ask you about your previous work experience and if you are fresher they will probably ask more about the skills you poses.
