      Consultant Interview

      26 Oct 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Madrid
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VASS (Madrid) in Jul 2011

      Interview

Telephone call for take contact. Nothing special, except this obsession about asking for your salary expectative. Typical questions from the human resources department, why you want to change?, are you able to be relocated or travel?, on what skills feel you working more comfortable? And the great question, what is your salary expectative? They called me very quickly after applying on-line to one offer, but I think there is something they didn’t like as my impression is that they are not going to call again. I think they are looking for “low profile” professionals up to technical analyst better than high qualified professional as team leads or managers.
