Utah's Best Vacation Rentals interview questions

The first interview was on the phone. The phone interview took 3 hours. The phone interview had no clear direction or goal, just random questions and asking for opinions on random events. The in-person interview was no better and took 2 hours. The interview had no structure, with random questions and rants throughout the whole interview. My coworkers had similar experiences.
