Speak with Kari, she is pleasant and is very positive. If your not an idiot then you will get hired, they would prefer that you are a competent worker. Like any other job.

They have you take a couple of test and then just the normal interview questions and check you availability as well as a criminal background check and drug test.

I went through a temp agency so the interview was easy. They already knew how I work and they like the way I work so they offered me the job before my time was up with the temp service.
