Great, nice people, really a great culture here. The management team is great and once of the most warm, real, personable, and down to earth group of people I've encountered within a financial institute. I can totally see the appeal of a credit union. Its a great place to work for some depending on their personal goals.

Question 1
It was really just conversation and getting to know one another, They really are more interested in what kind of person one is more than what kind of worker one is. I don't think thats the best business approach but it definitely is for culture.
