Urth Caffe Crew/Kitchen interview questions

I really wanted a first official job, and traveled very far for the interview. They reviewed my resume before I even got there, so I felt like a had a chance. But no call back. I showed up and there were 7 of us. Plus the interviewer was 30 minutes late. They seemed a bit unorganized when one of the workers asked for the online applications and they seemed to couldn't find them. That's okay though, they probably wanted someone with experience even though I just wanted to work in the back.
