Urban Renaissance Group Property Administrator interview questions

3 rounds of interview starting with phone then one on one then a panel. Overall process took more than 3 weeks. I was also asked to submit a writing sample to demonstrate my tenant relations. I made repeated follow ups after the interview and never heard back.
