Interview
very brief (<10 mins), not intimidating at all, took place right outside of the store. The staff was very friendly that interviewed me, and asked no more than maybe 5 questions. I was hired right on the spot following the interview and the process to actually begin working occurred very quickly

What do you know about the company that owns urban planet.
What is something / a quality about you that is unique and an asset to the company.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, they asked about how to deal with customers in various scenarios and how you would cope with difficult customers. I was also asked personal questions about my educations and my skills.
