I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Urban Outfitters in Jun 2012
Interview
This was my 3rd time doing an interview with UO. I was grouped with 5 other people. A girl that I knew, her friend, another guy, and 2 other girls. The questions were basic, they were the questions on the applications. The one girl, completely nailed it. I was intimidated by her because the way the words rolled out of her mouth were perfection. I felt like I was soft-spoken but when it comes to trends, customer service and why, I felt I made an impression. After the interview, they said to wait a week or two for e-mails. I received an email this afternoon for a second interview on Tuesday.
I applied online. I interviewed at Urban Outfitters (Pasadena, CA)
Interview
The interview is done in a group of about 5-10 people. A manager asks a couple of behavioral questions, and everyone goes around answering. The vibes are pretty chill, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't prepare! It just means you don't have to be nervous.
