Very sorry to hear about your experience. Certainly not how we want to treat our employees or candidates.
We agree that our interview process involves multiple interactions over a slightly longer period of time. However, we assure you that the process is very tightly controlled and constantly optimized to make sure our candidates have a great experience, irrespective of whether we hire him/her or not. We treat hiring as a two way evaluation process that gives the opportunity to the candidate as well to assess fit from his/her perspective and also understand the organization, people and the culture better.
