Interview
First, a phone call interview was scheduled—questions about previous jobs and how to handle customers in a 20-minute phone call. Four days later, I scheduled an in-person interview, lasting around 45 minutes, and an in-store sales mock session with the interviewers.

Why Urban Barn? Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses—simulations of routine issues, such as dealing with disagreements with colleagues and rude clients.

Interview
I saw an ad on Kijiji and sent a resume via email. I received a phone call the next day and was invited to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by the store manager in store. She phoned to offer me a position the next day and asked me to come in to fill out the paperwork and begin training.

Interview
I Interviewed with the regional manager. At the time they were understaffed and panic hiring for the christmas season so I got the call that same night and was hired to start immediately. I observed many interviews later (once hired) and they were not nearly as relaxed as mine had been.
