The interview was set up fairly quickly and I was interviewed by the head of the department. Most questions were based on my teaching approach and experience.

How does your experience pertain to this position?
In order to get into the pedagogical staff of the organization, it is necessary to pass a competition in which academic achievements are taken into account. Then the voting of the department and the institute takes place.
