I met with a panel of people who were all very friendly and answered my questions. However, the second interview I came in for, the executive interviewing me was over 20 minutes late. Not the worst thing in the world, except after that second in-person interview where I made time out of my day to come in, the whole company ghosted me and I never heard from anyone again. I did not get a good impression of this place. Spending hours preparing and interviewing with multiple people, at the bare minimum deserves a rejection email. I don't think the recruiting team at Upstatement would appreciate it if the same thing happened to them, but that's what karma is for.
