Interview
Initial phone screen followed by a more thorough phone interview. The last stage was Zoom interview with 3 different hire ups at Upstart 30 minutes each. It was a relatively easy process and it was quick as well took about 3 weeks. Claudia Pouani was an amazing recruiter and she couldn't have made my first impression with the company any better thank you Claudia!

It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Interview
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
