Four rounds of interviews, but they all asked the same questions, which felt like an odd waste of time. The last interview was just with the CEO and lasted 10 minutes.

Interview
I met with several different team members and/or whole teams. There were several different rounds...a bit too many in my opinion, but as someone who made it to the other side, I now know it's because I was interviewing to be a part of specific teams vs. the company. Luckily it worked out for me, but that may not be the most respectful approach of an interviewees time if they ultimately don't get the job.

3 rounds of virtual interviews and then I got an offer. First was a phone screener with HR, then one with directors with gaps on their teams and finally one with the team I ended up working with.
