Untitled Kingdom interview questions

The process consisted of 2 stages: 1. an initial interview with the recruiter, 2. an interview with the Head of People & COO. The whole recruitment process was very well planned. At any time I knew what awaited me at the next stage, how long it would take, when I would receive feedback. Every employee I had contact with was very professional.

The process took several weeks (around 3, if I recall correctly), started with a brief introduction phone call. Another call followed to arrange the proper interview (video call) with People Head and an additional HR consultant. Professional, yet not overly formal from the start, the overall impression was very positive for me.
