Interview
It is scheduled over Calendly, you get a 15 minute phone call first, and this is just to determine if you can carry the job technical part. Then if you move on to next stage, you get an hour long call to answer questions about your background, your work style, and personality.

The experience I had was a comfortable and informal process. They allowed me to peruse my carrier as an engineer and are overall an amazing company to be working for.
