I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Univision (Doral, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
Interview was first a one-on-one phone interview with my potential supervisor, then if you get asked to go to the next round, the second round is an HR-conducted one-way video interview via SparkHire platform. I personally don't think your supervisor (who ultimately makes the choice whether or not to hire you) sees the HR-conducted video. However, the HR interview was in a "trial phase" when I did it, according to Miami HR, and it wasn't weighted very heavily. Your supervisor makes the ultimate decision if they want to hire you, and facilitates your hire via HR.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Univision in Mar 2016
