Interview
The interview process was a two person setting, but did get asked about some personal things like my credit score. I also felt there was a bias for women in lower positions, especially women that were not considered "attractive"
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Univision
Interview
A recruiter on Linkedin contacted me, so I decided to pursue the opportunity regardless of the negative reviews. First a phone screening with the recruiter, second a phone interview with the manager, and then an in-person interview with the manager a few days later. Overall, the interview was easy and more so conversational. They asked me to bring a portfolio of past work and also tested my Excel skills. I didn't take the job due to the atmosphere of the office. Seemed a bit lifeless and lacking vibrancy.
