Interview
Two rounds of informal talks in 2 weeks, with the PI and team members. The interview went smoothly and the discussion focused on if the formal experience matched the position.
The process took around a month. I was mainly asked about my research experiences the projects I worked on in detail and if there are any project ideas. Then they checked English proficiency in a separate interview.
