Applied online. Got a call requesting I come in for an interview. Attended interview. About 30 minutes long. Basic technical questions. My experience meant fewer tests. Overall nice people. Received an offer the following week. Took the weekend to think it over and eventually accepted. Can't say I regret it, though recent changes in upper management have been extremely troubling.

I had 3 Interviews with different squads, technical Team, HR, and Management interviews, asking several questions about my current job as well as my CV, plus some HR questions, and finally had the opportunity to ask different questions to understand the culture as well as the types of projects they are working on
