I applied online and it took over four weeks to receive a response. The interview, conducted via Microsoft Teams with the hiring team, started five minutes late, and the duration exceeded the scheduled time due to numerous similar questions being asked. It seems they were not good at time management. They promised to get back to me with their decision in 10 days. Despite sending a follow-up email, I have not yet received any response. Overall, the experience felt quite unprofessional and showed a lack of respect.
