The interview was two-parts. The first part was a group interview with 3 other interviewees, then an individual interview with the manager. In the group interview, we were given a scenario and had to work together to develop a potential solution. While discussing, the hiring manager simply observed us and how we communicated with each other. During the 1-on-1 interview, we discussed the general expectations of the role, how my experience aligned with the position, and established up-front requirements (e.g., consent for being posted on Instagram and being free during training).
