Was brought in after a short phone interview for a second interview. At my onsite interview they managed to talk the whole time and never asked a single question about me. After about five minutes, the hiring manager took a phone call, walked out, and I never saw him again. Having been through several different interview processes, I thought the whole thing was very odd. They extended me an offer and they retracted it days later without ever notifying me that they were doing so. Overall, the experience as a whole was very unprofessional. I’ve since moved on and am much happier than I would’ve been, but I still think it’s important for potential candidates to know the low level of professionalism that they will be working with here.

Question 1
Weren’t really any questions outside of my previous experience.
The interview process was easy and painless. 1 interview with HR followed by an interview with head of the project management department and the HR rep simultaneously. It lasted no more than 30 minutes each time.

Question 1
Typical interview questions were asked during the meeting
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at University Loft Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interviewed for a sales rep position. Once I was brought in, they told me I would have to be out of state for almost 3 weeks out of the month. Pay was HORRIBLE. And they only reimbursed something like $21 dollars a day for food. This job would be perfect for college graduates but not someone with experience. Company seems extremely old school.
And the second woman that interviewed me couldn't have been more rude. Needless to say I left and made it obvious, I wasn't interested.
