I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at University Academy 92 (Manchester, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
I received an invite to interview quite promptly and they told me what I need to prepare. It was a 5 minute microteach. The place was easy to get to and the interview was on time. The questions were based around the microteach, my experience and what I expected from them. The interview seemed like it went well and they told me they would communicate the outcome by the end of the following week. I did chase this up a few days after this had passed and asked for feedback. They told me that they would get the decision to me by the next Friday. The next Friday never came either and I never got told the outcome nor given any feedback until today so as far as I’m concerned it’s a waste of time going to interview with someone who can’t even communicate the interview outcome with you.

Question 1
How would you deal with a difficult student. What would you improve from your microteach.
I applied online. I interviewed at University Academy 92
Interview
The experience was positive, but be aware that this is a formal, higher-pressure type of interview. Mini teach followed by a panel interview. It is a safe space to discuss your qualifications and personal professional history, and I would recommend this interview process to a friend.
