Université de Genève interview questions

I had an interview, not with HR but with my potential direct superiors. The discussion went really well — it was a very positive and constructive exchange. We talked about my background, my experiences, and what I’m looking for at this stage of my career. I also had the chance to learn more about the team, their vision, and the way they work, which gave me a clearer idea of what the role could look like in practice. Overall, it was a very open and engaging conversation, and I left with a really good feeling about the position and the people.
