After I and other applicants had group evaluations, some of us had individual interviews. The questions were the standard "Why do you want to work for us?" and "what do you bring to the table?" fare. The interviewer was relaxed and non-threatening although I was disconcerted that the "private" interview was in a sort of glass "cubicle" office as opposed to a more common private office.
