I had a brief phone interview for the Retail Sales Clerk position at Universal Studios Hollywood. The call was professional but felt a bit rushed—it lasted around 5–10 minutes. The interviewer asked about my availability, how I’d get to work, and whether I had prior guest service experience. It was pretty straightforward, but I didn’t get much of a chance to expand on my background. I wasn’t selected to move forward, but the process overall was easy and respectful.
