Resume was sent via email by someone I know who works there. Had two interviews. First spent half an hour with HR director. Then met with head of department. Very casual atmosphere. People in blue jeans. interview went great. Then I was called back for a second interview with the next level down and the person was very rude and arrogant? It didn't make sense at all.

I felt like I was under attack right from the beginning of the second interview. I was tripped up by how mellow the first interview was and how casual the atmosphere of the office was.
