I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2014
Interview
They ask you a bunch of B.S. questions. They ask what would you do or say in certain scenarios. The interviewer informed me I was denied the job because I did not answer one of the questions specifically enough. If the young punk had only asked me for specifics I would have given him specifics. I am a salesperson with a proven track record which the interviewer was fully aware of. However for some dumb reason it all comes down to answering one single question too broadly.

Interview
I applied online and I was contacted to schedule an appointment for the interview. I came prepared to go over my qualification. It was my first job I applied for, but I went used my school internship experience to talk about in the interview. I felt I was having a casual conversation with the interviewer, she was very welcoming. I was very lucky I had an offer on the spot.

Interview
I applied for seasonal position but didn't get accepted because I requested one weekend off for a school conference 2 months in advance.
My interview appointment was for 8:30am and I tried arriving early for it, but the Human Resource building doesn't open until 8:30am. There were about 20 people waiting outside of the building for interviews and various things. When the building opened, we had to go through security and fill out a quick form and wait in a waiting room until they called your name. When they called my name, I introduced myself and sat down. The interviewer asked why I wanted to work at Universal. He then looked at my form which asks if you need any time off, I had requested a weekend off for a school conference that I am presenting at, he asked me about it and then said that they were unable to accommodate this request. And then he sent me out, didn't even get to finish the interview, it lasted less than 5 minutes. So don't even bother applying if you need any time off.
