I applied on their career website. Had a 10 minute phone interview with someone in HR. Asked me simple questions like why do you want to work here, what do you know about the position and what pay are you looking for, etc. I got called for a 2nd face to face interview a few days after. I practiced my ass off. Studied the company, went over interview questions for hours. I finally sat down to be interviewed and because I had a small "visible" tattoo on the inside of my finger (which could be totally covered by makeup) they couldn't hire me. Didn't even ask me 1 interview question. I just think that in today's world a small tattoo that can be covered by makeup should be fine for a desk job. So warning to anyone else getting their hopes up to work at a world renown company, you better look like every boring plain person out there to fit in! ugh.
